• Call out fee
• Maintenance
• NATA Temperature verification certificate
• Service report on completion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The client acknowledges that all times provided are estimates only and may be subject to change.
• Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
CSK Group reserves the right to:
• Apply late payment fees, as well as recover any administrative or legal costs incurred in pursuing overdue accounts.
• Suspend or cancel scheduled services if the client has an outstanding account balance.
Charge the full service call fee in the following circumstances:
- The booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- The service agent is denied safe access to the site, or no authorised representative is available at the scheduled time.
- The client fails to notify CSK Group of any required site inductions or access requirements prior to the service.
