Our Australian-made aluminium-topcold platesare specifically designed to evenly cool the whole surface, be easy to clean, defrost and service. There is a channel for defrosting water to drain into when the cold plate is turned off, therefore no need for towels and no-slip hazards. The range features a digitally controlled refrigeration system that offers precise temperature control from -5°Cto -15°C.
